Abstract
This project represents stage 2 of investigating UWS students’ opinion
on the support for learning they received during the pandemic and how
UWS can move forward as an educational institution to support its
students even more.
This survey is the second stage of our main project titled "Investigating
students’ support for learning experience during COVID-19, & the way
forward". We have developed our teaching methods based on the results
from our first survey (i.e. You Said - We Did) and now would like your
opinion to further improve the online learning experience.

objective of this stage is to review T1 online teaching and formulate more
the resilience action plan that supported students in the learning process
during 2020/21.
