Abstract

This report looks at trends on the South of Scotland economy and the concerns and aspirations of workers in the region. It considers the factors that make up successful Regional Development Agencies and makes recommendations for the new South of Scotland Enterprise Agency to promote inclusive and sustainable development focused on the priorities of local workers, citizens and enterprises.
