Therefore, such businesses must identify appropriate strategies to retain employees. Therefore, this paper explores how Unilever’s approach to employee training and development affects its organizational growth. This study employs a systematic literature review (SLR) to identify productivity, innovation, empowerment and promotion as factors attributing to employee retention. The study was carried out in December 2024. Based on the key findings, this paper outlines policy and practice-based implications as well as recommendations.
