Abstract
Care of people living with dementia is now the business of all health and social care professionals. Education to respond appropriately to people living with dementia has been scarce across all professional groups. This poster outlines the research findings from 524 participants who undertook the programme between 2014-17. It illustrates the impact the programme had on participant’s attitudes and knowledge of dementia, approaches to dementia care and confidence in their ability to achieve the learning outcomes of the programme.
