This exploratory work reviews and analyses the shareholder proposals and resolutions that have been filed in the UK within the last 10 years bothering on Environmental Social and Governance matters; Investors' relations meetings, public protests, lobbying for new legislations and the likelihood of litigations in Australia; together with their effects on shareholder activism.
