Abstract
Remaking Society is a collaboration between grassroots-based artists and researchers funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, looking at how creativity can help rebuild communities. This film features the work of Hugh Kelly, Swingbridge Media with films from 1980 to 2013 highlighting issues of poverty and regeneration in the communities of Scotswood, Meadowell and the Old Fold in East Gateshead.
