Abstract
Dr Radha Adhikari, University of the West of Scotland, shares the findings of a research trip to Japan, supported with a Daiwa Foundation Award, which looks at how Nepali Higher Education students in the UK and Technical Trainees in Japan contribute to the labour shortages in these countries.
