Abstract
Mathématiques sans Frontières is an annual international mathematics competition which has existed since 1989 and is centrally run by the Académie de Strasbourg. Open to all S4-S5 classes in Scotland, it involves a number of mathematical
puzzles with two main differentiating components (calculus pun intended) from many other mathematics competitions.
