Abstract
This paper aims to outline the development of the Law Wise Law Clinic, a credit bearing venture at the University of the West of Scotland. Law Wise is the first law clinic in Scotland which brings together a law centre and a university and has been specifically designed to enhance employability skills for law students, as well as allowing them to gain credit towards completion of their degree.
