Abstract

Amid this COVID-19 pandemic, educational institutions have witnessed lots of challenges to maintain the learning process and support for students" (Murphy, 2020). As academics, we strive to maintain the quality of education and support students in the learning process during this difficult time. The research team has investigated the support for learning during the Pandemic and how we can move forward as an educational institution.

A key objective of this research project is not only to uncover the support for learning challenges but to formulate a resilience action plan that supports students in the learning process during 2020/21.
