N2 - The current study investigated the impact of spiritual and environment-specific servant leadership on pro-environmental behaviors using the social information processing theory as a theoretical framework. It also examined the effect of perceived organizational environmental support as a boundary condition. Previous academic research has recognized and highlighted the significance of perceived organizational environmental support and pro-environmental behaviors that promote ecological sustainability. Nonetheless, the current research study is needed to understand the interplay between constructs and their role in developing green organizations. Based on the positivist paradigm and quantitative approach, managers in a textile manufacturing company provided 260 responses. After that, SEM was used to evaluate the hypotheses. The current study found that spiritual and environment-specific servant leadership had a robust and significant impact on pro-environmental behaviors. However, the perceived organizational environmental support did not moderate the relationships between the constructs understudied. The findings highlight the critical role of governments, businesses, institutions, and policymakers in understanding the value of perceived organizational environmental support in encouraging pro-environmental behaviors among employees. The present scholarly work comprehensively enlightens the theoretical contributions, practical implications, limitations, and potential future research directions.
