Abstract

The Working Health Services Scotland (WHSS) was introduced to provide support to employees in small and medium sized businesses', whose health condition was affecting their ability to work. The programme offers telephone based case management and some face-to face therapeutic support to people who are either off work due to a health condition, or at risk of becoming absent. The evaluation describes and evaluates the reach and impact of the WHSS programme over a four year period.
