Abstract

The workshop would focus on the findings and recommendations of the recent independent evaluation of South Lanarkshire’s Recovery Orientated Justice Service (ROJS) and the associated Hamilton Alcohol and Drug Problem Solving Court (HADPSC).

The workshop would be jointly hosted by a senior manager from the (ROJS) team and Dr Robert McLean (University of the West of Scotland) who undertook the independent evaluation.
The workshop would share information regarding the planning, implementation and development of the new service and the dedicated Court and would also focus on the data and findings of the independent evaluation conducted by Dr McLean over the pilot period of 2 years between 2023-2025.
