Abstract

This proposal examines the opportunities and challenges of leveraging digital technologies to support inclusive and culturally diverse learning environments. The focus is on action-based and learner-centered methodologies that emphasize equal engagement between students and teachers, with particular attention to students from diverse backgrounds, such as those from mainland China who may have limited exposure to certain digital platforms.The research explores how digital technologies can promote educational inclusivity by integrating diverse student needs into curricula, processes, and educational materials.The research aims to develop innovative approaches that accommodate diverse student needs and learning styles by critically analyzing digital technologies' potential. By strategically implementing digital resources, educators can create more accessible learning experiences that support students with varying abilities and backgrounds, ultimately fostering global competence and equitable academic participation.The key objectives of this proposal are analyzing the potential of digital technologies to enhance inclusive education,identifying strategies for integrating digital resources that support cultural diversity and examining how technology can bridge educational gaps and promote student engagement. The ultimate goal is to leverage digital technologies as catalysts for global competence, ensuring that educational processes become more adaptive, responsive, and genuinely inclusive. By reimagining technological integration, the research aspires to transform traditional educational paradigms and promote more equitable academic participation.
