The impact of crisis in megaproject is tremendous which could jeopardize the projects and organizations; in the worst-case scenario, it causes reputational damages to participatory organizations, it took ages for them to recover from crisis and some might never enjoy the same reputation. This chapter will uncover steps for decision-making and decision-making styles in crises, and present decision-making process model.",
