    Abstract

Culture change is concerned with supporting more positive beliefs, behaviours and ultimately performance outcomes. That can be delivered at different levels; through an employer/organisation, a sector or a whole society. This session will cover some ways care managers/leaders can support change at all these levels. It is grounded in research done at UWS, including a project exploring how to attract young people into care work.
