Abstract
截至2011年年底，中国共有898家企业公开发布了企业社会责任报告。据笔者按照中注协《2011年会计师事务所综合评价前百家信息》做出的统计，披露企业社会责任报告的会计师事务所仅有普华永道中天、毕马威华振、德勤华永三家，报告企业社会责任活动的会计师事务所不足十家。那么，如何看待会计师事务所的企业社会责任？会计师事务所需要履行企业社会责任吗？本文以普华永道为例，分析其企业社会责任的目标、内容与管理，以供其他会计师事务所借鉴。
