Abstract
Exhibition at Skypark, Glasgow as part of Glasgow Open House Art Festival - May 2017
By end of play explores the aesthetics, structures and experiences of office spaces, considering them as environments that are both incredibly mundane and richly odd. With particular reference to the often-overlooked details of familiar workplace settings, a series of new artworks occupy one of Skypark's flagship offices, bringing a sense of curiosity to this corporate building. The exhibition raises questions about the place of the body, the live, the personal, and the creative within these seemingly 'neutral' spaces.
For By end of play, this site is inhabited by sculptural and moving-image works, as well as audio and a specially-created scent, creating an 'office sensorium' of sorts.

Work by: Roos Dijkhuizen, Charlotte Fountaine, Alistair Grant, Nikki Kane, Aaron McCarthy, Bobby Sayers, Leonie Sinden, Claire Weale, Alex Williamson, Phill Wilson-Perkin
