Abstract

This report outlines key findings from the Bullying and Harassment in the Music Industry (BaHMI) project. This project, funded by the Royal Society of Edinburgh and the University of Winchester, is the first project to investigate bullying and harassment (including sexual abuse) by those working and involved in the broader UK music industry. This report offers summaries of findings relating to experiences, perpetrators, disclosure and reporting as well as the perceptions of the UK music industry working culture, by those who experience it first hand.
