Abstract

This study examines the evolving complexities in the fields of management, defence, and security, emphasising the need for strategic approaches to address contemporary challenges. Through analysing recent geopolitical shifts, technological advancements, and organisational dynamics, the study highlights the importance of adaptive strategies that integrate risk management, innovation, and collaborative efforts across sectors (Srivastava & Srivastav, 2023). The research features the critical role of leadership in navigating uncertainties and fostering resilience within institutions (Beer & Mulder, 2020; Duchek, 2020). Drawing on case studies and theoretical frameworks, the study proposes a multidisciplinary approach to strategic planning that incorporates insights from international relations, business management, and security studies (O’Leary, Ryan, & Lentz, 2020). The findings suggest that effective management of modern complexities requires a holistic understanding of the interplay between global trends and local contexts, advocating for policies that promote sustainability, inclusivity, and proactive risk mitigation (Duchek, 2020). This study contributes to the discourse on strategic management and security by offering actionable recommendations for policymakers and practitioners.
