Abstract

This study proposes a Universal View (UV) interoperability framework based on service oriented architectures (SOA). The proposed framework is intended to interoperate multiple C4I instances over a loosely coupled SOA architecture. In this paper we have discussed the general working of our UV framework; the core testing and implementation will be discussed in further extended studies.
