Essentially, it is a planned, organisation-wide effort to achieve strategic goals more effectively and efficiently. This report draws on current literature, good practice examples, interviews and case studies on organisational development, to distil useful frameworks and recommendations for future work. It is structured to address the different stages and components of the organisational change process.
