Abstract

The achievements made in modern teacher education and specialization of teacher education in our country put forward new requirements on the quality of teachers. This paper analyzes the changes of basic education teachers 'qualifications from the perspectives of teacher specialization and modern teacher education research achievements, and decomposes the requirements of 21st century basic education teachers' The four levels.
