    Abstract

    中国高校传统的教学管理模式,在高等教育进入大众化、普及化的背景下已显露出诸多问题,而且这些问题往往是繁杂的、结构化较差的。文章提出了以软系统方法论来研究如何改进高校教学管理模式的观点,并以北京联合大学商务学院为例,系统地介绍了软系统方法论在高校教学管理模式改进中的具体应用。

    Soft Systems Methodology ( SSM) is regarded as an effective approach to deal with messy and ill-structured problems in the human activity system. This paper declares a research method of using SSM on improving learning and teaching
    management and demonstrates procedures of a case study on how to improve it in one Chinese College.
