    Recipient of the Early Career Researcher (ECR) Research Impact Award at the UWS Research Festival 2025 for leading impactful work that supports social care and policy officers in addressing cultural and relational enablers of integrated care. This award recognised the co-production of the CLI Compass, which is informing practice change by embedding deeper understandings of culture, leadership, and integration within Scotland’s evolving care landscape.
