An internationally competitive grant scheme, the Greenleaf Scholars receive an award of $2,500 to support outstanding research on Servant Leadership. Additionally, award recipients are invited keynote speakers at the Greenleaf Center’s Annual International Conferences while the Scholar is conducting his or her sponsored research. From this small award, Dr Kae Reynolds generated three journal publications, two book chapters, and multiple peer-reviewed conference contributions as well as being an invited speaker at key national and international conferences and events on Servant Leadership.
