The VC PhD Studentship scheme sees university staff members compete through a bid process to receive funding for outstanding research projects. Funded projects then recruit excellent applicants requiring a first class Master's degree to take up the studentship. The scheme is open to international and national applicants and the successful PhD candidate receives a full fee waiver for three years.
Dr Kae Reynolds developed and recruited for a project exploring the moral reasoning orientation of business leaders through the lens of servant leadership. The project generated multiple conference contributions and the candidate, Ijeoma Ukeni, along with her supervisory team, received several awards for outstanding research.
