Personal profile


I am currently a Lecturer in Sport and Human Performance at the University of the West of Scotland. I have extensive and valuable experiences in the sports science industry within both academic and applied settings. My main areas of interest are high intensity intermittent exercise, training load monitoring within team sports and monitoring the internal response to exercise.
