Overview

Suzanne is a lecturer in Mental Health and Integrated Practice in the School of Health and Life Sciences (Paisley Campus). She is a registered mental health nurse with experience in psychiatric in-patient care, psychiatric intensive care and psychiatric rehabilitation. Suzanne holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, previously specialising in perception and visual cognition and Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) of the human perceptual system. Suzanne is currently building a research profile in service design for young onset dementia and is interested in the use of high fidelity simulation to teach 'difficult to reach' nursing skills and competencies.
