Overview
As a lecturer in English Language and TESOL, I have a wide range of research interests related to the English language, language acquisition and language teaching. My years in the Scottish Further Education sector led to me developing an interest in the role of ESOL in the integration and inclusion of migrant communities. However, I also have a wider interest in the role of ELT in global society and its ability to have both a positive and a negative impact on communities and on wider society.
