O&HRD for decent work across the public, private and social enterprise sectors.
Desired Direction
O&HRD is integral to many missions of the future in management and inter-disciplinary research concerned with attracting and retaining high performing workforces in the future. I am particularly concerned with these in the context of the integration of health and social care.
