Current Work

My research is about the role and function of values in work and organization development.

Decent Work; modelling and measuring decent work, from the employer persepective, in large employers including Local Authorites, and in the SME sector including manufacturing, hospitality, retail and service organizations .

Innovation through work and management adopting non-hierarchical cultures and values based approaches to leading and performance 

Desired Direction

The role and function of values is associated with some key themes in management and inter-disciplinary research, connected to the UWS agenda and the school; including wellbeing, social responsibility, skills and innovation. There is great potential for knowledge and impact across these themes.

Fingerprint Fingerprint is based on mining the text of the person's scientific documents to create an index of weighted terms, which defines the key subjects of each individual researcher.
