Social Innovation, Organisation Culture &  Development, Fair and Decent Work, Mixed Methods. 

Current Priorities

Social Innovation good governance through culture change and values based approaches to leading and managing; e.g. National Outcomes for Social Care in Scotland.

Organization Culture &  Development (OC&D); training, coaching, mentoring systems and practices for realising workforce potential and for supporting wellbeing.

Fair & Decent Work (FDW);  decent work in Scotland including the public sector, the SME sector including manufacturing, hospitality, retail and service organizations, and health/social care.

Desired Direction

Social Innovation, OC&D and FDW are inter-related themes in management and inter-disciplinary research. I am interested in these in the context of the integration of health and social care, and other sectors where they may be part of the answer to attracting and retaining high performing workforces in the future.
