Organisation Culture &  Development; training, coaching, mentoring systems and practices for realising potential, including systems for supporting wellbeing

Fair & Decent Work;  decent work in changing times in large employers including Local Authorites, and in the SME sector including manufacturing, hospitality, retail and service organizations, and health/social care.

Desired Direction

Social Innovation, OC&D and FDW are key themes in management and inter-disciplinary research; including health and mental wellbeing, social responsibility, skills and innovation.
