Sona is lecturer in project management with a background of MSc in Project management-finance and risk from City, University of London. She is a PMP certified with over 10 years of experience acting as a head of Project management offices in construction industry in Middle east. Her experience includes leading, managing and participating in some high impact projects and portfolios ranging from Project definition to delivery. Sona's areas of research and teaching include Strategic Management and Sustainability, Project Risk Management, Project management of Renewable Energy scheme, Portfolio management and Business analysis, Projects’ Performance Analysis, Change management and Leadership.
