My special interest lies with the investigation of race equality and diversty, particularly focusing on public sector (local authorities) in Scotland.
I am a lecturer in Human Resource Management, the Programme Leader for the BA(Hons) Business & HRM and Course Leader for our new CPD Course in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. I have a particular interest in and passion for equality, diversity & inclusion (EDI) research and education.
I supervise undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations/theses, and deliver a number of undergraduate modules, including HRM in Business Context (1st Year), HRM Research Design (3rd Year), HR Policy & Practice (4th Year) and Managing Equality & Diversity (4th Year).
