Dr. Shazia Parveen is a lecturer in Management in the School of Business and Creative Industries with specialized expertise in Sustainability, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Innovation Management. Prior to joining UWS, she held academic roles at the University of Leicester along with editorial positions in peer-reviewed journals that focus on business transformation and environmental impact.
