Dr. Shazia Parveen is a lecturer in Management in the School of Business and Creative Industries with specialized expertise in Sustainability, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Innovation Management. Her research intersects sustainability, leadership, and change management within diverse organizational frameworks. Prior to joining UWS, she held academic roles at the University of Leicester along with editorial positions in peer-reviewed journals that focus on business transformation and environmental impact.
Her research contributions have been published in high-impact journals, addressing themes such as sustainable leadership, circular economy, and green behaviour in the corporate sector. Her work particularly emphasizes the integration of digital and environmental strategies for improved organizational performance. Her PhD research, which explored the impact of organizational culture on innovation and its influence on organizational performance has received recognition for its contributions to both theoretical and applied research in business and management.
