Overview

I am currently researching quantum mechanical scattering phenomena, with a particular focus on resonance.  My recent efforts have been in developing a novel mathematical framework with which to study the dynamical behaviour of resonances in an elegant way.

I am also interested in mathematical chemistry, and in particular using techniques from graph theory to predict chemical behaviour and to describe chemical reactions.

My teaching responsibilities include electromagnetism and statistical physics, but my primary teaching activity focuses on mathematical methods for physicists.
