Current research activities

My research interests lie in the realm of Organisation Development and Change.  My current research focus is on an exploration of the radical organisational change process which led to the creation of a single national police service for Scotland.

I would like to expand my research of organisational change processes into other public sector organisations and large complex private sector companies.
