Overview
Ralitsa is a lecturer (AC3) in the MSc Project Management programme of University of the West of Scotland and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She is a Chartered Marketer, working within the Scottish Higher and Further Education sectors since 2014. Her background includes managing national student programmes, along with promoting enterprise and entrepreneurship among students, and embedding innovation within the university curriculum.
Current research activities
Most recent research outputs include investigation of Project and Risk Management practices and challenges among UK SMEs and stakeholder collaboration improvement via effective communication.
