Overview
I am a lecturer in English for Academic Purposes with a focus on teacher identity, intersectional perspectives, and the internationalization of higher education. My work explores how language, culture, and power dynamics shape academic experiences, particularly for diverse student and staff populations. I am also engaged in research on ESOL lecturer identity and inclusive practices in further and higher education.
