Research activity per year
Patrick recived his PhD from Northumbria University in 2019 with a thesis entitled 'a critical realist examination upon wages, terms and condictions in the UK National Health Service in response to wage stagnation.'
Patrick teaches in all areas of human resources management with a special interest in employment relations. Patrick’s research focuses on underrepresented groups both in the workplace and within wider society. Patrick has also published work in pedagogy.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
