Prior to joining UWS, I worked for three and a half years as a Lecturer at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Dawood University, and for two years as a Project Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. I have also worked as Country Representative of UDEF in Pakistan for three years.
I am working on divers subjects inclduing Private Participation in Infrastructure (PPI) Projects, Machine Learning Applications in PM, Competency Development, Alignment of Project Management Standards to Industry 4.0, Circular Economy and Sustainability. My research work has been published in various prestigious journals. The major focus of my work is the integration of engineering techniques with the project management approaches. My doctoral thesis titled "Machine Learning-Based Project Management Framework for Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects" is a successful example of combining two approaches. This have been widely recognized and praised by research communities and institutions in South Korea and the United Kingdom. It received the Doctorate of the Year Award 2023 from the Association for Project Management (APM) and recognized by the Graduate School of Engineering at Hanyang University as excellent PhD dissertation of the School.
