Melissa Kerr is a Senior Lecture in Business, School of Business and Creative industries at the University of West of Scotland, UK. She is a scholar in the areas of employee relations, labour history and organisational behavior.

 Melissa  joined the University in July 2020 as a Lecturer in Business and promoted to Senior Lecturer in Business in August 2022. Before that she had taught and researched at the University of Sydney She completed her PhD at the University of Sydeny in 2012.
