Personal profile

Overview

My background is in quantitative finance, focused on investment trusts/closed-end funds and emerging markets.

I have two main current areas of research activity.

The first area is financial literacy -  looking at issues such as financial literacy, personal budgeting, inclusion and gender. This interest was sparked off by the financial challenges faced by students at UWS and their families.

The second area is in accounting -  focusing on image and corporate social responsibility/social and environmental accounting and emerging markets.
