I am a lecturer in the School of Education and Social Sciences. My research interests centre on the roles of various technologies and devices in education. Within that, my interests include digital literacy and the digital wilds, learning beyond the classroom, and the impacts of smartphones on language learning.
My current research activities include exploring teacher perceptions of mobile language learning, particularly at second and third level, and the extent to which mobile devices are employed in the classroom.
