Qualitative Study on Tissue Viability Nurses and District Nurses' wound management knowledge, evidence and education

Area of academic expertise - outline

Primary areas of interest: community nursing, tissue viability and wound care (particularly of the lower limb), non-medical prescribing and healthcare ethics; nursing knowledge frameworks. Programme Leader for Non Medical Prescribing Programme, currently teaching and moderating on additional modules including: Contemporary District Nursing, Tissue Viability and Consolidation of Practice.

Most recent clinical experience: Community Clinical Nurse Specialist in Tissue Viability/Vascular in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
