Personal profile
Overview
I am a Lecturer in the UWS Learning Futures team, which focuses on academic development, with research interests centred on the Scholarship of Learning and Teaching, and a particular focus on the role of Generative AI in learning, teaching, and assessment practices. Drawing on my disciplinary background in English Literature, in which I completed my PhD, I look at apply humanities‑based perspectives to emerging questions about how GenAI reshapes pedagogical design, academic integrity, and the evaluation of student learning. My research seeks to advance understanding of assessment methods within the humanities, especially English literature, in light of rapid developments in GenAI.
