Developing project on international staff in HE;  Currently focusing on Research Degree Supervision of international students and developing research capacity in the International Research Group in the School of Education. 

Desired research direction

Internationalisation in HE; cross-disciplinary research; collaborative academic/non-academic (eg community, NGOs) research.

Target collaborative companies

Other HE institutions in EU and non-EU; NGOs, especially those working with women.
