I achieved my PhD from the University of the West of Scotland in 2016. After working at the University of Southampton from 2016-19, I moved back to UWS and took up a position as Lecturer in Criminal Justice and Criminology.

My research interests are varied and include: police accountability; police-media relations; community policing; investigative interviewing and eyewitness testimony; mental health of emergency service workers; experiences of - and responses to - domestic abuse; and, misinformation as social harm.
