Overview
My research interests primarily lie with in the areas of substance use and misuse. IMy PhD work investigated cognitive biases in substance use, but more resectly I have been intrested in a number of personality and other individual diffrence measures on alcohol use.
I am also intersted in social networking - specifically in how students judge substance related posts.
Current research activities
I am currently involved in a number of projects using eye tracking technology to examine the effects of different types of post (e.g. positive or negative alcohol-realted posts)
I am also looking at the consequences and effects of alcohol hangover in students.
Desired research direction
In the future I plan to investigate biomarkers in alcohol hangover.
I also plan to extend my work on social media.
