Overview

I am ​a Lecturer in the HRM Unit, of the School of Business & Creative Industries.   

I have taught, supervised, and served as personal tutor to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Scotland and England.  
Prior to completing my PhD, under the supervision of Professor Yiannis Gabriel, my Higher Education experiences include advising and teaching students in Turkey and the US.  
 
My research and teaching interests include marginalised experiences, inequalities in work and learning settings, creative methods, migration, solidarity, and psychosocial approaches to organising, managing, and learning.
 
I have been nominated for Student-led teaching awards in Scotland and England. 
 
I have been invited to review manuscripts for journals including:  

Academy of Management Learning & Education; British Journal of Management; Culture and Organization; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal; Human Relations; Journal of Business Ethics; Leadership; Organization Studies; Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management.
